Preamble

MYSTORY, specialized in continuing education, offers quality educational courses provided by recognized experts. Acceptance of these general conditions of sale means adherence to our terms and commitments.

1. Object

These conditions define the terms of sale between MYSTORY and its customers, whether they are employees, self-employed, job seekers, or companies

2. Duration and validity of the offer

Training offers are valid as long as they are announced on the MYSTORY website, subject to availability.

3. Financial conditions, regulations and terms of payment

Payment for training is due upon receipt of the invoice, in euros including VAT, with flexible payment methods negotiable at the time of registration.

4. Order taking and online order registration

Registrations can be made via our online platform, with secure payment options by credit card, bank transfer, or check.

5. Delivery and availability of services on the online store

Training services become accessible after confirmation of registration and payment, with a right of withdrawal of 14 days.

6. Postponement, cancellation, absence or interruption of a training

MYSTORY allows you to postpone or cancel a registration under certain conditions, with a cancellation fee applicable according to the deadline.

7. Reception procedures, estimate and training certificate

Practical information is provided for each training, with the possibility of establishing an agreement for coverage by an OPCO.

8. Obligations and force majeure

MYSTORY cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure.

9. Sponsorship

MYSTORY may offer sponsorship benefits under certain conditions, detailed in our specific offers.

10. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

MYSTORY’s training content is protected by copyright and reserved for strictly personal use.

11. Protection and access to personal information

MYSTORY is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with current regulations.

12. Right to use and use online training

Access to online training is personal and non-transferable, with confidential access codes.

13. Resolution clause

In the event of non-compliance with these GTC by the customer, MYSTORY reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

14. Geographical delimitation

MYSTORY training courses are accessible in Metropolitan France, DOM-TOM, and in all countries where MYSTORY offers its services.

15. Droit applicable et juridiction compétente

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action, which will be the responsibility of the competent courts.

16. Sponsorship

MYSTORY offers a sponsorship program allowing sponsors to benefit from benefits following the registration of a godchild, subject to specific conditions.

17. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All educational content remains the exclusive property of MYSTORY. The use, reproduction or exploitation of this content without express authorization is strictly prohibited.
