The Personal Account of training courses (CPF)
The CPF allows workers to accumulate training rights, which can be used at any time in their career, from entry into the labour market to retirement.
OPCO for employees
Plan to develop skills, the role of OPCOs is to ensure the financing of the vocational training of all workers from the age of 16.
Employment center for job seekers
Employment center for job seekers registered on Pôle Emploi can benefit from funding for their training.
FNE for self-employed managers
Any employee placed in partial activity or long-term partial activity, with the exception of apprenticeship contracts and professionalization contracts, and any employee employed in a company in difficulty (except in the case of cessation of activity), in transfer and/or resumption of activity.

The Personal Training Account (CPF)
The Personal Training Account (CPF) allows any active person (employee, job seeker or self-employed), from his entry into the labour market and until the date on which he asserts all his retirement rights, to acquire training rights, which can be mobilized throughout his professional life.
The CPF allows you to register for certifying, qualifying or diploma courses. Are eligible:
- Certifications registered with the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications)
- Certifications and authorizations registered in the Specific Directory (RS, e.g. inventory)
- Accompaniment to the VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience)
- Driver’s licenses B and licenses C
- Support for the creation and takeover of a business

Employee on a permanent contract, or on a fixed-term contract
You are an employee, on a permanent or fixed-term contract, or even part-time, you can benefit from:
- The skills development plan.
The skills development plan lists all the training actions put in place by the employer for its employees, some of which are mandatory under an international agreement or legal and regulatory provisions (Article L6321-2 of the Labour Code). The employer must ensure the adaptation of his employees to their workplace and ensure that their ability to occupy their job is maintained, in particular in view of technological
developments.

Job seeker
You are a job seeker, registered with Pôle emploi, you can benefit from financial assistance depending on the type of training targeted and your situation.
Self-employed manager
You are a self-employed manager (in the liberal profession or not). In return for the Contribution to Vocational Training (CFP), to which you are subject, you can, under conditions, benefit from the financing of your training actions.

How to finance your Skills Assessment?
The Skills Assessment is a device related to vocational training.
The financing of the Skills Assessment can be done in several ways :
- By using your Personal Training Account (CPF).
In this case, the Balance Sheet is financed by the money you have on your CPF. To find out the amount of this amount, go to the Site moncompteformation.gouv.fr - If you are an employee, you can request coverage of the cost of the skills assessment from
your employer, as part of the skills development plan. - If you are a job seeker, you can apply for funding from Pôle Emploi, via the Individual
Training Assistance (AIF-Pôle Emploi). - If you cannot benefit from any financial assistance, you can self-finance your balance
sheet. In this case, contact us so that we can consider payment facilities together.
